Suggestions for improvement
- Hire management that is aware of what is going on and requires everyone to do equal amounts of work.
What I like about the company
The management trusts you to do your job and does not micromanage you.
What I dislike about the company
A lot of the workers who've been there a long time slack, check Facebook, chat A LOT with other employees, etc. Productivity is fairly low there and they expect the new workers to carry the brunt of the workload.
