Suggestions for improvement
- It seams that it is who you know. Not what you know that gets you hired
The management trusts you to do your job and does not micromanage you.
A lot of the workers who've been there a long time slack, check Facebook, chat A LOT with other employees, etc. Productivity is fairly low there and they expect the new workers to carry the brunt of the workload.
