Suggestions for improvement
- more diversity at top management positions; less closed-minded (male dominated); less micromanagement from top; more mentoring young staffers; establish a no more than 15 yrs service then retire; get rid of good old boy culture and hire people who have talent, not join the organization to get a nice pension.
