Attitude towards older colleagues
Ageism is SOP in HR.
Continued education routinely not approved.
Experience is not valued under certain Directors. HR is unapproachable.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to the employees on the ground and middle managers. Directors may not be operating in the best interest of resident.
