Support from Management
Everything was always one sides. Management had no training in dealing with confluct resolution, nor diversity.
No equality. Its who you know verses what you know. Job created for friwnds as well as promotions.
No sufficient training. Had an accident and all doctors was on city payroll. If you are not well you are still forced to return to work.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire qualified people and promote within. Men are the primary people who get the promotion first. Second, women/friends and the promotion is not geared toward minorities who are qualified.
