Everything was always one sides. Management had no training in dealing with confluct resolution, nor diversity.
No equality. Its who you know verses what you know. Job created for friwnds as well as promotions.
No sufficient training. Had an accident and all doctors was on city payroll. If you are not well you are still forced to return to work.
I liked my job position and work that performed. However there was a work overload due to not enough employees to perform duties. Poor management, does not listen to the peraonnel who perform the duties. They hire outside personnel who does not have knowledge of the job. Seldom permote within to deserving employees.
Poor management and chain of command does not matter.
