Epitome of micromanagement.
Most of the staff are very team oriented
Level of Autonomy
Most of the departments are very understaffed.
Communication is poor
Understaffed and micromanaged.
Expectation is that there is no life other than the job.
Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management changes that would reduce micromanagement of staff, allowing for a better work atmosphere and the ability for staff to excel in their efforts.
