Series of bad managers along with uncaring coworkers
Support from management
Management never asks me what I need to do my job. Management tells me what I need and then is offended when I don't show enough appreciation
Current management is actively spreading rumors and untrue statements with different employees
Decisions are made that affect public interactions but not told to entire staff by management
No growth opportunities once you hit your last pay step
Office / Work Environment
Heating and cooling system rarely has the correct temperature throughout the building
Some departments have recycling programs and some don't
Lots of jobs responsibilities along with lots of interactions with public
Inclusive / Diverse
My department made up of a majority of middle aged white women
Suggestions for improvement
- Need to hire more diverse people. Management needs more training that includes accountability and coaching.
What I like about the company
I love helping people and working with the community.
What I dislike about the company
Management needs more oversight, better training, and needs to leave their corner office more often. Management has a few select employees that they depend on for all of their information needs which has created an environment of favoritism and false accusations.
