Immediate supervisor was great but the next level up, poor leadership, abused male employees, was afraid to tell one employee to help out. This was noted by other individuals.

Work load was favored for one employee, 2nd in command would draft from other locations to assist while he had employee there who would not assist.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Senior workers terminated not asked to resign when retirement issues arose. Seniors asked to do custodial work and manual labor.
