Suggestions for improvement
- Focusing more on teacher needs. To support the administration
The moral is very low.
Current supervisors unable to make sound decisions.
Instead of working together, everyone is pulling in different directions.
Workload is not equal.
There is a issue with communication or lack thereof.
Equipment is very outdated.
There is no balance in certain departments.
