Suggestions for improvement
- They need to "drain the swamp". Get rid of everyone that holds a "high" position downtown starting with the mayor. They need people in these positions that have NO ties to Waterbury & that won't hire someone OR let them get away with major things because they're a "minority". They need to implement a citywide recycling program & make sure it's followed. They need to change their discipline, absentee, tardy, etc policies and start making kids and their parents accountable for their actions.
What I like about the company
There is NO positive experience I had with them. The higher ups & most people "downtown" HATE me. That's fine because my coworker love me & know I do my job. They also know I go above & beyond for them & do much more than just my job.
What I dislike about the company
Everything. The people working downtown make rules for schools that only makes matters worse. They aren't in the schools to see how useless their ideas are. They only care about & help who they favor. They don't care about recycling what so ever & the amount of paper & books etc that are thrown out at the end of the year is unbearable to look at. The food waste is literally a SIN. There is NO discipline in the schools at all. Kids are literally attacking other students & teachers and NOTHING is the repercussion. There is no help with these kids and the other "good" kids who want to learn are getting put on the back burner everyday. The entire City of Waterbury "leaders" need to be wiped clean & replaced. It's ridiculous at how they actually make up positions for people so they have a job. Most, are extremely undeserving of what they already have. And these positions are over $100,000 positions.
