Suggestions for improvement
- Replacing several ranking officers who were “chosen” for their particular positions, instead of earning their positions based on their knowledge and experience on the position they are currently filling. All policies need to either be revamped, redacted or amended to benefit the agency as a whole. Also, reintroducing paid college tuition, allowing Officers to go back to school and further their education.
What I like about the company
Being afforded the opportunity to work in a community where trust in Police is non-existent and single handedly being able to change civilians perspectives on Police as a whole, simply by giving time and conversation to everyone regardless of there current situation. I go to work everyday for the people who live and work in the particular zone that I patrol. These are the same people who make being a Police Officer nowadays worth while, since there is no comradery, loyalty or trust anymore on the Police force. The people who I swore to protect and serve have stepped up and taken the place of family, surpassing the agency I work for, by far.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of education and common sense of new hires (rookie officers), the altered promotional exams that benefit a particular individual and above all else, the detective bureaus lack of investigative skills / knowledge, when it comes to conducting a thorough and proper criminal investigation.
