Suggestions for improvement
- Treat everyone the same. Don't promote someone just because they are on a list and you know they are not able to do the advanced job.
What I like about the company
I finally made it to a position which I am completely suited for. I have led my department to national accreditation three times and will led them to our fourth award before I retire.
What I dislike about the company
Promoting or advancing people who are obviously not suited to being promoted. Not holding everyone equally accountable for their jobs.
