Management turnover has greatly improved environment
Actually pushing employees to be mroe team oriented now
40 hour week for the most part
required safety training periodically
Lots of different areas to work with

- This actually being accomplished by pushing the one team approach. Hardware and software support in the past have been conflicting forces.
What I like about the company
I enjoy working here for the diverse nature of the applications and hardware we support. The staff is very friendly and it is a pleasant place to work
What I dislike about the company
Since this is government the red tape really slows getting thing accomplished. This also means there is less flexibility in accomplishing ask.
