The City of Winston-Salem only values the upper echelon. The average worker is overworked and underpaid.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop hiring expensive firms to mess up the job analysis and screw an entire segment of workers out of a raise, simply because the company hired doesn't understand the concept of a senior operator versus an operator. Save the money for better raises next time and do the study yourself.
What I like about the company
The City has tried it's best to find ways to compensate the workers for their contributions.
What I dislike about the company
The City does not listen to the workers when it comes to decisions that have a direct impact on the workers.
