  • Treat drug related crime with zero tolerance, especially in regards trafficking.

They encourage and reward proactive work, and appreciate commitment to the job.

  • It would greatly improve morale if supervisors were made to be accountable for their time (and behavior).

What I like about the company

The camaraderie with coworkers was great. We often went to lunch together or got together outside of work.

What I dislike about the company

If many employees complain about a specific individual (especially a supervisor), upper management should investigate and take proper action to correct their behavior. Without doing that, they'll lose a lot of good employees instead of losing one bad one.
