Compensation and benefits:
Just wondering how come after passing 3 mos. probationary period and still have to wait for 6 or 7 mos for the benefits (medical / dental) to be included? So what if an employee got sick after 3 mos. (non work related), can he go to a doctor to get treated using his "employee medical benefits"?
