Most teachers prefer to work by themselves. When they do work together they mostly complain and nothing gets done.

Office / Work Environment
It's usually too hot or too cold and no matter how many times they come to fix the heating/AC unit it never works properly and is very noisy.
We have a pretty detailed recycling program
Yes, I feel the administration understands we have a life outside of teaching. Although, the demands on a teacher are extremely high and we always have to take work home.
I'm proud of my work, but I'm often told to teach to the test and don't have time for real hands on learning
What I dislike about the company
The emphasis is on testing and not on developing critical thinking skills.
