There is no leadership. Day to day expectations change at the drop of a hat.
Team work threatened management. But we did anyway.
Freedom to work independently
Management listened to every phone call we made. Every move we made was monitored.
No...that way management was not held accountable.

Yes, supported and treated very well.
Not a great need to develop. No place to advance.

I think so. I was happy with my pay.

While management was out of office there was a feeling of teamwork.
