The higher education system does not prioritize students when it compromises the quality of life of its instructors.
Freedom to work independently
I don't think trust is the world.
Our students have a long history in education in which resources have been negligible. Our students are brilliant but they and instructors have not and are not given the tools to maximize our talents.
Suggestions for improvement
- $7k per course load for instructors. Investments per students. Lower tuition.
What I like about the company
I love teaching but I hate being dehumanized.
