Suggestions for improvement
- I would encourage the organization to work on trusting employees and listening to feedback.
What I like about the company
Employees work well with one another and there’s a good team environment.
What I dislike about the company
Change is not heard by leadership. Older employees are often laid off but asked to “retire.” Employees are not trusted to work offsite without crossing extensive red tape. Many departments are understaffed.
