The most disorganized company that I have ever worked for! This company's management is so dysfunctional, it's all about them and screw everybody else at all cost!
Lack of personal touch and communication to the actual hourly employee
It is a one sided process, the assessment is one sided only, feed back is not welcomed.
Buisness is very department segrigated, a lot of meeting but lack of follow through
Very structured with little open minded options for suggestions of change
Communication is mainly handled in a unstructured manor to hourly employee base, in passing with little consistency
Equality is very even as far as position opinions but pay scale is held at a different level
The overall replacement process is focused on the younger generation and the senior generation is encouraged to move on.
Holds very close to mid stream scale for industry benefits are offered with high deductibles.
Salaries and wages are always on time and no concerns on that
Building aspects very nice , systems and IT are less than user friendly and supporting to the daily users and customers needs
Food production processes are followed as required to set standards daily, the company's GREEN aspect to the environment is truely not considered.
Very ridged guide lines on vacations and required to schedule personal days. The vacation benefit has a Black Out time for 2 3/4 months during peak seasonal time.
Hours for hourly employees would be "normal" with very little to no advance warning on O.T. Requirements.
Work takes TOP priority over any family needs which is driven from Top down
Outside appearance of company held in high regards.
Over all employee point of view of company is less than adequate and almost disgruntled .
The outside image is the total opposite of the inside operations
High risk area here to hourly employees mainly.
No true stability on hourly employees for gaureenteed weekly hours . Restructuring of location is consistent which drive unstable conditions
Covers the basics only the required. The handicapped is a automatic disqualification for open positions
Expanding area for the company, driven by past inspections
This is a reaction process not a daily practice
Little recognition to front line employees doing the daily tasks and achievements lack of praise and acknowledgement
Very driven company on financial goals which directly effects the big picture and the diverse aspect
Smaller Corporate owned buisness which gives more of a family owned buisness with few Corp. perks
Lack of respect and concern of employees with the mix of work and personal life. You were expected and pressured to work unacceptable weekly hours. If you didn't comply the repercussions made very difficult work conditions
