This all depends if the upper management micromanage the store managers.
Suggestions for improvement
- More hours for customer service. Allowing the managers a Saturday off a month. Cut down on the amount of stores the DM's oversee, they will have more time to develop staff.
I like about the employer
Great company to start out at, move up the ranks to become a store manager in a few short years. Great benefits and time off, flexible with hours depending on the upper management.
