Fast paced. A lot of gossip and "mean girls". This stems from the top down. The real talent leaves once they see the companies true colors.

Lack of true leadership and direction.
A lot of inexperienced decision makers.

No work life balance. Employees expected to wear many hats. They struggle with managing employees expectations in terms of growth and movement.
A lot of information is kept secret. Lack of transparency and professionalism.

They "try" but not hard enough. It's just for " appearance " sake.
Non at all. They expect you always say " how high" when they ask you to jump. Upper managment does not live in reality and don't understand the "
Not at all. Everyone there is trying to get out but can't find new jobs quick enough.
Zero. You are only as good as your last performance.
Zero. Company cares more about image and reputation rather than an employees safety or wellbeing.

No. They like the cookie cutter mold and are too corporate to think outside the box.

- Stop judging people and start respecting them. Don't fall short on the promises made. Try to be more creative and innovative.
