- Be more courageous, define the strategy and don't let everyone's opinions get in your way. Let the people you hired do the job that they were hired to do. Learn from mistakes, don't deflect, take responsibility. And for god's sake, stop talking about people after they leave the room. This dies nothing for trust or moral.

Where to start... Leadership has a really hard time defining a strategy and sticking to it. The communication from the top down was really fragmented and the management style is one of fear rather than inspiration. Marketing vision is nonexistent and the product has quickly become yesterdays news. It's really unfortunate what has become a once really great brand.
