Suggestions for improvement
- See previous comments, better division of work load, better reward system for those actually preforming their job.
What I like about the company
They are flexible as far as office personnel schedule wise if you have to leave for appointments, can make up the time.
What I dislike about the company
As previously mentioned, seniority comes first, before ability, qualifications, skills. I have been with the company but have yet to receive a raise despite annual evaluations, and there are senior personnel that should have been let go due to their extremely poor performance but yet they received raises.
