People have no motivation and are apathetic.
Support from management
There is a lack of leadership on all levels. The company is misdirected and demotivating to its employees. Turnover is out of control.
Suggestions for improvement
- Focus on the important things like people and product. Take care of people, and people will take care of the company.
What I like about the company
It was an amazing place to work. But in a very short amount of time there has been dramatic turnover and the focus has been lost. It used to be a company that was all about its people and product.
