Suggestions for improvement
- Open their doors to some temporary positions when their full time staff is not available. If someone is successful in this industry and is willing to step in when they need a temporary person for short period of time, they should use those people and not have to send out their senior staff to cover. I would love to have worked as a temp for them at this time in my life.
