New mantra, if you want training then pay for it out of pocket, its not the companies responsibility to train its employees.
What I dislike about the company
We've lost several talented employees since the company was purchases and new management put in place. Its typical corporate mentality now, we're not replacing the lost employees, you'll have to do more with less. Seems we went from a very profitable company to being flat broke with profits going to stock holders. Its really not a friendly working environment, everyone has become combative trying to toot their own horn so when the inevitable cuts start coming, maybe it won't be them.
