Too many brow beatings by the owner that led to increased employee conflicts.
Support from Management
Lack of internal structure - such as policy and procedure.
Always seem to be conflicts within the field employees.

Workload was fairly consistent - but many good ideas from employees were swept under the rug and ignored.
Seldom if ever.
No training was ever offered during my employment. There were offers to train - no one ever acted on them.
