Support from management
supervisor is bias towards staff and morale is low. Superviors discuss other staff members as well as clients negatively and professionalism is not modeled.
Countinuing education is needed. Monthly staff mtgs. Are given in attempt to inform staff however the budget is often NOT available.
Overall compensation for your work
Poor salary compensation is the primary reason people quit. No raises and salaries are comparable to the market.
Office / Work Environment
Front desk staff private conversations are heard from the lobby. Building air conditioning is inactive and needs to be fixed properly. Remodeling is needed.
Employees work is not viewed. Feedback is not given to the staff to allow change to occur. Mistakes cycle through.

- Agency audit/review. Hire New management.

The ability to get extended experience in various departments.
What I dislike about the company
lack of educational support for rhe interns. Lack of training and continuing education for current staff.
