None. Senior management could care less about the employees
Coworkers will not lift a finger to help anybody.
Freedom to work independently
You have to work independently when your management team doesn’t know how to do the jobs they’re supposed to be manageing.
There is no internal communication Employees are not told of changes or really anything.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They want the older hands gone as quickly as possible.
Not with this company
Overall compensation for your work
No raises. No 401k match. Insurance sky high and high deductible. No employee stock buying plan anymore.

Tense and untrusting from management and hourly
As long as it makes them money
I just do t answer my phone anymore
Not much of one in this area.
We don’t have handicapped people at our plant
Your only as safe as your willing to tell your supervisors or management no.
Only high because management does not train people and will throw you to the wolves or under the bus in a heart beat

- TRAIN PEOPLE. If an employee tells you they need training and updating don’t threaten them and tell them to keep doing the job or go back to the labor pool
