Support from Management
ZERO SUPPORT! Most of the management that I have talked to have no clue if they had to do my job.
They sure talk a good game though!
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of all the MICRO MANAGERS (You know who they are!) and trust in your Supervisors and GMs.
What I like about the company
The employees at my level worked well together.
What I dislike about the company
Management that didn't want to understand the challenges. They had no clue of how to get the task done. They had an idea, but when we would explain the process, they wanted to short cut it or threaten us with our job or Performance Improvement Paper when it wasn't warranted. If you presented a way to complete the task safely covering everything that a customer would need, the one boss would throw a fit and stomp like a child.
