Here I did have some success. Again by local management cover.
Very, very little.
Glass ceiling definitely.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Very, very poor. As a self insured health plan provider they will terminate you if you need to use it very much, no way found to prove this in court, seen it many times.
If you are a YES person who bleeds CH red and is willing to through anyone out of the way you can advance.
Office / Work Environment
Worked for better.
Lots of vacation, family leave, personal leave. But try and use it? Vacations are expected to be interuptable, use the famaly/personal time, expect to be terminated.
Customers feel abused by the companies billing practices. And reluctance to discuss problems.
They make it so.
