Support from Management
There is zero support from customer service to management. You're in the field blind.
Communication begins and ends the second you leave the office.
Safety is only valid on face only. They have posters saying safety is the number one priority until a safety issue arises that will cost money to correct. Then safety becomes much less prioritized.
Suggestions for improvement
- Have the EPA shut this company down. They are doing more harm than good to the environment. Those who say they are, if you look closely, are ALL salaried upper management of "yes men".
