Suggestions for improvement
- I think the employees in service and the warehouse should be held to the same standard that those in the office are. We are expected to show up to work every day, and there is a much larger call-out rate with the employees out back, without any consequences.
What I like about the company
I was hired for customer service, and a year later I expressed interest in their marketing department. After some experimenting with marketing, they offered me a full time position in marketing and offered to pay for me to get my bachelor's degree in marketing. They are a kind, caring company that I am very proud to work for.
What I dislike about the company
I have nothing to complain about.
