Support from management

There is lots of additude from upper management. They think and act like they are better than everyone else. There is no communication but it is your fault if you do not know.

Teamwork

Alot of the employees that have been there a year or more will make sure that all the bad work is done by the newbies and will not help.

Freedom to work independently

Nothing is fairly distributed and no one has any say

Internal Communication

Management does not care of you know about profit or company success. They just want you to show up and work.

Gender Equality

They don't care if you are male or female.

Career Development

There is not a ladder to climb in this company. You will stay in the same position you were hired for.

Overall compensation for your work

They will tell you they give out raises but they don't. They always have an excuse why they can't. Some employees have been there over 7 years without a raise.

Work-Life Balance

Vacation can be taken if you give enough notice but at the last minute (day before) they can cancel it. They do not care about your personal life. Be there no matter what. You might have to work 20 hours go home for 4 hours and be back at work. There don't care if you are tired.

Company Image

Nobody talks good about his company. Rather they work there now or in the past. I was told it was a bad company to work for when I first started there and found out it was ture.

Job Security

They lay off all the time.

Challenging Work

It is nice to see all the work you have done at the end of the month and know you did a great job.

Inclusive / Diverse

The company does NOT promote any achieving goals.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Better communication, raises and much needed better additude from management.

What I like about the company

The start pay was not bad and free health care for employees.

What I dislike about the company

You have to wait 2 years before you can start a 401k plan. No raises.

Pay was not bad

What I dislike about the company

They expected you to do the job of 4 people and not get burnt out. Never wanted you to take any time (vacation )
