Suggestions for improvement
- I would suggest allowing each office to have a monthly allowance, to take the employees out for some sort of gathering. This would help build comradery amongst the employees and give them a chance to get to know one another outside of the office.
What I like about the company
You are forced to learn quickly, which I believe can be a great skill to have for future jobs. The work hours are flexible, as long as you do your job and nothing is falling through the cracks you should have no issues. I also had a lot of great networking opportunities with agencies and top companies in the area. I have become very efficient at multi-tasking and am able to handle many tasks at once without getting details confused. Overall my experience in this job has been positive, I have learned a lot and met a lot of important influencers in my area.
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove of how senior management deals with company morale. They definitely do not care about your family or you as a human being. They strictly think of you as an employee and that is it. We are not even allowed to take an employee out for their birthday on the company's dollar. One employee was reprimanded for spending $4.00 at McDonald's after being out in meetings all day. Senior management needs to keep in mind that we are all human and sometimes life happens. They need to work on being more accommodating to their employees.
