If it were the local managers in control, the Company Culture would be pretty good, however they don't have any final say. You could be doing a great job, but when it's time for a budget cut, there's no rhyme or reason.
Support from management
Locally, decent people, however they have no real say in regards to terminating you regardless of great performance or not.
Depending on the department, it can either be great teamwork, or Lone Ranger.
Zero job security. Know this going in. Even with an employment contract, it won't guarantee much of anything.
Inclusive / Diverse
The one major positive is the all-inclusive/diverse workplace.
What I like about the company
The Houston Management team are something I liked over the years I worked there, however they don't have a lot of say in regards to almost anything.
What I dislike about the company
Zero job stability, especially if you are a regular full time or full time with an employment contract; I've watched many people randomly get dismissed when, at the time they were performing extremely well.
