Suggestions for improvement
- Give more autonomy to the branch locations. They would know best how to operate in the community. Check the salary scale with the local market rate and offer more employee perks. Invest in your people.
What I like about the company
The people I worked with were smart, fun, and motivated to do well. They made the company a great place to work.
