Suggestions for improvement
- This company owns several locations and my suggestion would be to move upper management around to different offices. Then maybe a lot of the crookedness would be found out or at the least some managers could learn how to treat their employees more fairly.
What I like about the company
Most employees could work well together as a team in spite of constant threats from the business manager. It was always a good day when she stayed home because we then felt as if we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Employees need a good working environment to thrive in. I don't think a Hitler type boss is good for a company. But when upper management turns a blind eye nothing can help but to move on. The company paid fairly good and had good benefits but the good could not outweigh the bad.
What I dislike about the company
A person such as this business manager who would constantly scream and yell at people and invent falsehoods to spread throughout the company should never be in charge. She supposedly "cooked the books" for upper management so no matter how many employees complained nothing was ever done about her. So many good employees moved on because of her---such a waste.
