Suggestions for improvement
- Honestly?... New management and ownership. The company's leadership is causing the company to implode. Just look at how many people have headed up Sales for the company in the last 2-3 years. The reason behind their departures was not metrics/performance-based. It had to do with the leadership and the terrible environment that the company has allowed to fester.

Holiday Party at Foxwoods Casino & Resort... Every other aspect of the company will make you hate your job.
What I dislike about the company
The management within Recruiting would rather sit around watching ESPN video clips and paying their bills online than actually help their employees succeed. Their Management Strategy is purely "Sink or Swim". There are no career development opportunities and the company quickly turns their back on you if you can't teach/train yourself. Additionally, the same Manager (if you can even call them that) began dating the HR Manager at the company and did so openly for about 6 months before the company realized how ridiculous it was and the exposure they had regarding potential Conflict of Interest and Wrongful Termination lawsuits, and the HR Manager left for a new position. Prior to the HR Manager and Recruiting Manager openly dating, the entire Delivery and Sales team suspected a relationship between them for years, making it incredibly awkward when trying to provide feedback to the Leadership Team at the company. How can an employee feel comfortable talking to HR about an issue with their Manager when HR is literally in bed with that Manager?
