They really don't have a positive one. CEO is so removed from day to day corporate office and President doesn't get involved below Director level, so average employees aren't heard.
Support from management
Lack there of, often times its pushed under the carpet from HR when you have an issue with your manager since HR can't do anything to make changes.
minimal, again based on team you are working on. Lot of turn over, so once you get a team going then their is a cog in the wheel when a member departs from the company.
Very minimal, this is one of their worst areas, they don't communicate.
more men then women in C level roles, need a better balance to ensure women are heard
Not with this company. Corporate office is 55+ hours a week, is expected to work. Centers are working 40+ hours and often times stay 10+ hours a day to make up for work load.
Suggestions for improvement
- Needs to have more outside parties join the C level ranks to ensure newer advice is received and can be implemented to create a better culture.
What I like about the company
Benefits were great, nothing short of being able to afford the ins.
What I dislike about the company
The infrastructure and lack of communication. A lot of turn over and not a lot of time and energy going in to staff to provide proper training and developing. Favoritism is very apparent in this company, if they like you then you are gold.
