- start caring before it's too late
- clean up the office
Too many unnecessary management work interruptions, stressful work environment, micromanagement, unrealistic deadlines
Given assignments, then constantly interrupted by the manager who assigned those assignments, then manager gets upset at employee when assignments aren't completed, because they had constant interruptions all day.
Marketing department re-writes things ad nauseum and drafts and redrafts and rewrites things for weeks on end, by the time the piece goes out, its way past any time frame to be useful.
