Support from management
Management does not back nor support their department's employees, only other management staff.
Most employees work well together as a team. If not, they aren't around long.
Receive necessary information to perform duties. But management picks and chooses other company information to pass on.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Discriminatory toward older employees. Many let go under the ruse of early retirement or position elimination. Older employees are passed over for other positions or promotions.
Only young favorites are groomed for advancement.
Jobs are eliminated all the time...no job security. Always reorganizing...no stability.
Suggestions for improvement
- Suggestions are not wanted by the newer and younger management. New style of management.
What I like about the company
Good employees, work well together.
What I dislike about the company
No job stability. You can be gone tomorrow through no fault of your own. Positions eliminated of long, faithful employees, and new positions created with new titles.
