No fairness. No trust. Management unfair unprofessional disrespectful ..all promotions entirely based upon personal connections..
No acknowledgement of ideas or concerns of non-managerial employees. Top management turned blind eye to problems such as bullying when branch was bringing in business. Human resources clueless of basic standards policies regarding employee rights .
Pay (not management !) far below industry average.
Qualified people would stay a year or two, expect in increased opportunity and income from great work. Never happened and a revolving door losing great employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- When a qualified experienced employee is not offered opportunity for advancement for years, based upon the subjective ego and personal opinions of direct manager ... This should be questioned. When a manager is repeatedly reported , by customers as well as employees,for bullying and unprofessional behavior , address as crucial to investigate and adjust or remove. As Clearview FCU is tax exempt "non profit", why are staff underpaid in comparison with similar banks. ?? Hold accountable the executives responsible for allowing this toxic environment and perhaps the "profits" might be shared with the employees responsible for the work profits. Perhaps executives pay and expense accounts might be evened out in the interests of "community service".
