Company Culture

The culture that I got out of the 2 years that I was there was not what I expected. Rules change weekly and you were micro managed.

Support from management

I was in Management and the only time you got support from others is when you were behind on jobs or why your not selling buildings. Mainly they would call ask you what was going on, yell at you and tell you to fix it....

Teamwork

There was none, it was all about me. No help from others.

Never received the training I was promised as an employee. Terrible how a company expects you to be productive and sufficient but won't provide the right tools to do so.

Health coverage comes out of your own check - so basically, in order to have insurance, you're going to have a short check.
