Supervisors micro manage and throw employees under the bus. They are not knowledgeable and are not available to assist.
Co-workers are sometimes helpful but not usually knowledgeable.

Most work needs to be done independently in a self taught manner.
Changes made are not communicated across the agency making everyone follow different guidelines for determining eligibility.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Co-workers do not work together and support one another. Many cases of passing the blame and responsibility.
The company does not promote the most eligible applicant within the company.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay grade was decent starting out but great workers make the same or less than lazy workers.
