Suggestions for improvement
- To allow employees to “vent” and feel like they have upper management support. Every human should have a boss that is trustworthy, a boss that you can simply “vent” to and it not he held against you, and for management to stand behind their employees.
What I like about the company
The personal interactions are definitely a perk. I had the ability to be creative. I had the ability to use new and fresh ideas. It’s important to stay current, so it’s your own fault if you become bored.
What I dislike about the company
The way contracts are handled. They are only based on 1 year. There are no long term contracts. I also disapprove of annual raises.....these are typically either non-existent or significantly below the cost of living adjustments.
