policy dictates but in many cases individual action needs to be taken, policy to gray and needed updated which made making decisions hard.
depending on who you were made a situation of coming back to work different, in the field of work we had they put a female that was pregnant on a locked unit saying that she would be fine but on that unit you needed three people for a restraint. (safety issue)
Overall compensation for your work
worked for 6 years with one raise, more then a few times the pay late, benefits were not represented for the work that we did.
Safety was a daily concern, overworked, out of ratio, staff not trained properly or just put through so the numbers would work for that day putting others at risk, meeting expectations were always met with making up paperwork prior to inspections.
I felt good in my accomplishments but accomplishments were not met by supervisors gratitude of a job well done

- Total revamp of administration/management/supervisors for individuals that will change the environment to protect the worker and treat individuals with respect to the positions given
What I like about the company
The one thing that I liked was the positive I could do for a child that needed a fair shake.
What I dislike about the company
That you were constantly at risk, not enough employees to have a safe environment, also the managements total disregard to change and the feeling that you should be glad you have a job
