- Closely investigate those chosen for leadership positions to ensure they are qualified. This makes all the difference in employees satisfaction and patient care.

Great place to learn and hone your skills
What I dislike about the company
Poor management, no communication with employees--do not treat all employees equally or standby promises to enhance teamwork and better company culture. Very much like being back in high school
