Suggestions for improvement
- More inclusion opportunities for lab and office workers to bond, better pay, more standardization and lenience amongst departments and management.
What I like about the company
Cleveland HeartLab has plenty of young professionals in the workplace to not only make it easy to cooperate with, but learn from and make friends with. There are opportunities for advancement in the lab area, not so much in the office area, but jobs are secure regardless. Management is very conscious of giving employees opportunity to learn and grow.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of opportunity to move up in the office area toward management, some employees with negative attitudes that affect ability to work, divides between lab and office employees which creates resentment.
