Suggestions for improvement
- More freedom and flexibility for staff ideas.
What I like about the company
CEO organizes conversations with each individual site and allows staff to submit anonymous questions that he will answer.
What I dislike about the company
Moving from out of state for the job, I felt very unsupported in the move process. I was not allowed to talk to my direct supervisor and had to work with a member of HR. I think an organization this size should offer moving resources.
Many news is foundout through public announcements on social media, leaving staff int he dark about announcements.
