Most employees got on well; but management could not understand what i was saying.
Support from management
Management seemed to want to keep things as they were, or wanted us to work harder; but no training or progression was offered.
Quite a friendly team.
Freedom to work independently
Varied , but some managers gave freedom and leeway.
Mainly by email; a few meetings.

Not too bad.
I suggested paper recycling
Worked a lot of hours, so there wasn't much open when i had free time.
Reasonable; but low profile.
The company has gone.
Ground floor building.
It was challenging at first; but once learnt there was no progression.
