Support from management

It's all about control, especially in billing. No positive reinforcement but negative feedback is given freely.

Suggestions for improvement

  • If incentive programs are started then they should be followed through with or at least comminicate the incentive programs are ending before they even started. Management could respect the employees instead of treating them like children.
